6 pork chops
1 cup apricot jam
3Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1/4 ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Put chops in crock pot mix next ingredients and pour over chops drain 11oz mandarin oranges and pour over chops cook until tender and serve over rice.
