1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Icing:

1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cookie ingredients; spread into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle icing over bars
