4 tbsp margarine, melted
2 lbs potatoes, peeled, very thinly sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves
1/4 c chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In a small bowl, combine seasonings. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Add a single layer of potatoes, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp seasonings and tsp of onion, drizzle with 2 tsp melted margarine. Repeat layers twice more. Cover tightly foil, bake for 30 minutes, uncover and continue to bake until potatoes are done. About 20 minutes more.
