Ingredients:  
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 c butterscotch chips
1/2 c peanut butter
5 c Corn Flake cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9x9 pan.
Combine chips and peanut butter in saucepan, heat and stir until smooth. Stir in Corn Flakes until evenly coated.
Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press mixture evenly in pan. Cut into squares when cool. Store in airtight container.
