Ingredients:  
Crust: 2c. flour, 1c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter. Combine and mix 2-3 mins. Pour into a 13x9 ungreased pan.
Springle with 1c. pecans.
CARMEL LAYER:
2/3c. butter, 1/2c. brown sugar. Boil 1-2 mins. Pour over the crust layer and bake a 350 degrees for 18-22 mins.
Sprinkle and swirl in 1C. chocolate chips.
