Grease 9 X 13 pan with butter. Put 6 slices bread on bottom of pan. Layer 6 slices cheese on bread. Lay broccoli over cheese. Top with 6 slices bread.

Beat together:
2 2/3 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 t. salt
1/4 t. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Pour egg mixture over bread and cheese. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
