3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. mashed sweet potato
2 eggs
1/4 c. corn syrup
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, potatoes, eggs, corn syrup, nutmeg, salt, butter, evaporated milk. Beat well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
