Pre-made rolled pastry crust (let sit at room temp while mixing everything)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
7-8 cups thinly sliced apples
2 tbsp butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425.
Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Slice apples into large mixing bowl. Stir in sugar mixture.
Set bottom crust in pie plate and unroll. Add apple mixture. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust, seal and flute. Cut 3-4 slits in crust. Cover edge with 3 inch foil. Place on a cookie sheet covered in foil. Remove foil from edge of pie during last 15 min of baking.
Bake 40-50 min or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits.
