6 salmon steaks
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
dash cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place salmon on greased broiler. Broil for 8-10 min. Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Brush over salmon. Turn and broil 10 min. longer and baste with remaining mixture.

This is a recipe we found several years back for Spring Fling. Folks love it and ask for it every year! It has now become a family favorite. Double, triple the dry ingredients quantities and just add butter when needed; all you need is the salmon.
