2 sticks of butter,
4 large eggs,
3/4 c. Hershey cocoa powder,
2 tsp. vanilla,
4 T. vegetable oil,
2 c. sugar,
1 1/2 cup flour,
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave, add sugar and spoon mix. Add eggs, oil, and cocoa powder and mix. Stir in vanilla, and flour and mix. When ingredients are blended add your nuts. Grease and lightly flour a 9x13 pan and add batter. Bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven or until inserted toothpick is clean.

The original recipe was taken from Auntie Ella Zoglio Lombari's dairy cookbook. I was out of the chocolate squares and substituted the cocoa powder and oil for a better result. I hand mix the batter and add my ingredients in no particular order and have had rave reviews on my brownies. You can frost with mint butter cream frosting for a special dessert or serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
