Pasta - Farrfalla Bow Tie - 16 oz box

1-2 cups Frozen peas

1 cups half and half

3-5 cloves Garlic - sliced length wise

8-10 oz Gorgonzola cheese (more to taste)


Directions:
Directions:
Cook: Pasta (Al Dente)

Defrost: Peas

Saute: Garlic in butter until soft

Add: Half and half
Mash garlic into cream

Cook: Low heat, stir often

Reduce: Cook several minutes, enough to reduce sauce

Remove: Remove garlic pieces with fork (slotted spoon)

Add: Slowly add gorgonzola cheese to garlic cream; allow to dissolve before adding more cheese.

Stir: Peas to cream sauce

Pour: Sauce over enough pasta to coat pasta well

Optionall add: Pepper ( Black, Red or White) to taste
