2-3 lbs London Broil

Marinade:

3/4 cup Cooking oil

1/4 cup Honey

1/4 cup Soy sauce

2 tbsp Vinegar

2 cloves Garlic

2 tbsp Ginger ( Dry or Root)

1 tbsp Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the marinade in a blender until the garlic is finely chopped. Place the London Broil in a 9x13 baking dish and cover the meat with the marinade. Turn the meat occasionally. It should marinade in 8 to 24 hours.

Bring meat to room temperature and grill to taste. Slice thinly. Warm the marinade sauce and pour over sliced London Broil meat.
