Ingredients:
1 - 2 Flank Steaks (unfolded)
1 bottle of any marinade

Directions:
Directions:
Placed flattened steaks in a zip lock baggie and pour marinade over, to cover. Let sit in refrigerator for several hours.

Heat BBQ by placing bricks in a heap (build a pyramid shap) and lighting. When bricks have turned grey, spread them out - but not too thin. Put grill and lid on to get it hot (5 min).

Place steaks on grill, put lid on, sear for 2 min.

Turn to other side, put lid on and sear for 2 min.

Turn again for 2 min.

Last time, turn and sear for 2 min.

When you cut the meat, cut against the lines of the meat in a diagonal way.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I don't know how hot your BBQ will get, so if the outside of the steaks are not getting that nice crisp/burnt look, go longer than the two minutes.
