1 lg pkg Southern Style Ore-Ida hashbrowns
1/2 c. onion - chopped
2 sticks butter - melted
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
8 oz jar cheez whiz
2 c. corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Place frozen potatoes in a 9 x 13 pan. Add onions and drizzle with 1 stick of butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese whiz together. Spread on potatoes. Melt second stick of butter and mix with corn flakes. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 45 minutes.
