1 pkg yellow cake mix (18 1/4 oz)
1 pkg instant lemon pudding mix (3.4 oz)
1 3/4 cup water
3 egg whites
3/4 cup cold skim milk
1/2 tsp lemon extract
1 pkg instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix (1 oz)
1 8 oz carton light cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, lemon pudding mix, water and egg whites. Beat on low speed for 1 min. Pour into a greased 13x9 in baking pan. Bake for 20-25 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

In mixing bowl, combine milk, extract and vanilla pudding mix.Beat on low for 2 min. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cake. Store in refrigerator.
