8 oz or 16oz box of Spaghetti

7 or 8 garlic cloves

Fresh parsley

Olive oil

Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil. Place box of spaghetti in boiling water and stir occasionally. Cook pasta until preferred tenderness. While pasta is cooking mix garlic cloves, a few branches of parsley, salt and pepper in food processor and mince until garlic and parsley are of a paste like consistency. Once pasta is cooked, remove from heat and drain pasta; set aside and let sit. Lower heat; in the pot add olive oil to the bottom of pot ( do not put oil in pot over high heat ). Add garlic and parsley mix to the olive oil. Allow garlic to lightly brown while stirring ( should only take a minute or less ). Turn off the heat and add the spaghetti to the rest of the ingredients.
