10 -oz lean pork sliced
seasoned flour
1/2 cup oil
8 -oz canned bamboo shoots sliced
3 to 4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the pork in seasoned flour heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan. fry the mushrooms and bamboo shoots and 1 tsp soy sauce cook for 1 minute. fry the pork slices in 3 tbsp oil add the 3 tbsp water and the soy sauce and stir in the vegetables thicken with the dissolved cornstarch cool. sift the flour and salt mix with 1/2 cup boiling water add the egg and knead to form a dough. roll out very thinly into 8 squares. . put some of the mixture in the squares and make into pkg seal the edges with egg white heat the remaining oil and fry the rolls until golden drain and serve
you can also buy the egg roll skins at any grocery store and use the same ingredients .
