Combine:
2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 t. baking powder

Cream:
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs

Directions:

Add:
1 c. buttermilk and 1 t. vanilla alternately with dry ingredients. Put in 9 X 13 pan. Top with 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 t. cinnamon, 1/2 t nutmeg and 1/2 c. nuts.

Cover and put in fridge overnight. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
