2 beaten eggs
3 T. oil
1/2 c. raw, diced pork
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. green onion
4 c. cooked rice
1 can bean sprouts

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet cook beaten eggs in 1 T. oil. Remove cooked eggs. In same skillet, cook pork in 2 T oil. Add mushrooms, soy sauce and onion. Stir in rice, egg and bean sprouts. Heat through.
