1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1 t. sugar.
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 - 7 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix night before and set in refrigerator overnight. In morning, take out and punch down and let rise up good again. Make any kind of rolls. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until nice and brown.

I use 6 3/4 c. flour - try, if think enough flour, if not sticky and can handle ok.
