Lemon Bars Recipe

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter melted (2 cubes)
Dash of salt

Topping:
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, powdered sugar, butter, and salt together until moist but crumbly. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 13-15 minutes or until lightly golden brown around edges.

Mix topping and pour over baked crust. Bake again at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let set up before cutting into squares. You can put it in the fridge to help it set up.
