1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 small (3 oz) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 4.67 oz. package Andes Mints or 1/3 bag chopped Hersheys peppermint kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, pudding, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla together. Mix on low for 30 seconds. Scrape sides and continue mixing for 2 minutes. Coarsely chop Andes mints and fold into batter.

Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes. Cool completely before frosting. Frost with White Chocolate Peppermint Cream Cheese Frosting
