2 cups milk
2 TBSP. butter
1/2 cup water
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 TBSP salt
6 cups of flour

1 1/2 heads cabbage
2 lbs hamburger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with warm water. Combine butter and milk in sauce pan and scald. After milk cools down, add yeast mixture, sugar, and salt. Add flour and let rise several hours.

Fry in 2 TBSP. of grease the heads of cabbage and add 1/2 cup of water. Mix with hamburger. Roll out circles somewhat larger than dessert plates. Place some hamburger mixture in the middle and then pull the sides of the dough up and squeeze together to seal. Bake at 425 until golden brown.
