2 cups frozen hashbrowns
1 Pound sausage browned/drained
2 Tablespoons grated onion
10-12 eggs beaten
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup cheddar cheese for top
Optional TBS of mustard to eggs, or peppers for more spice. Can also sprinkle cooked bacon on top with cheese.

Directions:
Grease dish, layer hashbrowns, sausage onion, eggs & milk, salt and pepper to taste. Bake 30 -45 minutes with foil on top. Add cheese and bake an additional 15-25 minutes (cheese melted and eggs cooked through).
