1-3/4 cup water 1 1/2 cups minute rice
2 slices bacon 2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. water 1/4 cup sliced green onion
with tops.

3 tbsp soy sauce 4 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan bring to a boil the 1-3/4 cups water to boiling .Remove from heat stir in rice cover and set aside. in skillet cook bacon till crisp remove bacon and crumble
2 tbsp bacon drippings set aside in bowl. combine eggs and the 2 tbsp water in skillet. cook eggs in 1 tbsp. of reserving dripping till set. cut eggs in strips add rice , onion 3 tbsp soy sauce to egg mixture mix well.
