12 Frozen Turkey Meatballs
1 Cucumber, sliced
Curry Powder
Agave Nectar
Mint Leaves
Butter Lettuce Leaves
4 tbsp. Mae Ploy Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
1 tbsp. Sriracha

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Roll turkey meatballs in curry powder and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with agave nectar.

Bake meatballs according to specifications on packaging.

Mix the Mae Ploy and Sriracha and set aside at room temperature.

To assemble lettuce wraps, fill lettuce leaves with 1 cucumber slice, 1 mint leaf, turkey meatball and drizzle with the sweet and spicy Thai sauce.
