3 hard-boiled eggs
2 T sweet pickle relish
3 T mayonnaise
tsp mustard
- paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Remove egg shells and cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in small bowl. Add relish, mayonnaise, and mustard and mash with a fork. Spoon mixture back into egg whites or use pastry bag to squeeze mixture into egg whites. Paprika can be sprinkled on top, if desired.
