Boil chicken for 1-2 hours. then let cool cut into pieces and dip in the following
Batter; 1cup flour 1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup milk
add a little water if to thick. drop chicken in hot fat until golden brown .
Rice; fry 2-3 chopped onions in a little fat add 2 eggs scramble then add it to the minute rice add soy sauce to taste.

Sauce : 3/4 cup sugar 3 tbsp ketchup
1 cup cold water 1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
color with a little food coloring let boil and thicken with cornstarch.

another sauce that can be double or triple for this recipe
Sauce: 1/2 cup water 3 to 4 tbsp. ketchup
1 pinch salt 1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Boil this sauce add 2 tsp. cornstarch
add food coloring till red
