Chicken pieces
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 cup water
SAUCE: 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup cold water 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Take chicken pieces and dip them in eggs that have been scrambled . coat with flour and fry in butter until golden brown place fried chicken in casserole dish mix the sauce ingredients together and pour over the chicken pieces . Bake at 350 degrees. for 40 minutes. baste regularly.
