Directions:
Directions:
Se cocinan las pechugas de pollo con sal , cebolla, y ajo. Se dejan enfriar. Luego, con las manos se cortan en tiras. Se le agregan vegetales, las zanahorias, los ejotes, las arevejas, y los granos de maiz. Los cocina, pasandolos por agua hirbiendo, los agrega al pollo, y hace una mezcla mitad de mayonesa, mitad de sourcream, y aceite de oliva al gusto.
