1 coffee mug
4 T. flour
4 T. sugar
2 T. baking cocoa
1 egg
3 T. milk
3 T. oil
3 T. chocolate chips (optional), some nuts (optional)
A few drops of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chips, nuts and vanilla and mix again. Put mug in the microwave and cook on high for 3 min. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! This is the fun part to watch and wonder if it will fall out of the mug.
Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate. These are really good!
