1c apricot spreadable fruit
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
4 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp dry ground mustard
6 boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c sliced almonds
1 Tbsp butter -- melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, combine the first five ingredients; transfer 1/2 cup to serving bowl & set aside.
Dip chicken in remaining apricot mixture.
Place in 9" x 13" baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray
Sprinkle almonds over chicken; drizzle with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear.
Serve with reserved apricot sauce.
