1 stick unsalted butter, softened (8 Tbsp.)
2 tsp. each minced garlic and fresh parsley
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. each dried oregano and paprika
1 Italian baguette, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler with oven rack 3 4 inches from the element. Combine butter, garlic, parsley, salt, oregano, and paprika; spread mixture on cut sides of baguette and sprinkle with Parmesan. Broil bread, buttered-side up, on a baking sheet until toasted, 1 3 minutes. Remove from oven and cut into 2-inch pieces.
