1 lb hamburger
1 egg
couple handfuls of crushed crackers (soda or ritz, your choice)
steak spice
seasoning salt
handful of chopped onions or onion flakes
1 cup wine of your choice
ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients
Spread thin layer of margarine all over the inside walls & bottom of an oven pan. Spread hamburger mixture evenly in oven pan. Pour wine over the mixture. Bake in the oven with a lid for 30 minutes at 350. Spread thick layer of ketchup over the top of hamburger & bake for another 30 minutes.
