1 pint half-n-half
1 lb. thin spaghetti
1 lb. velveeta
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 sticks butter
3 green onions, chopped
season to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder, Tony's, cayenne)
1 lb. crab meat

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms and green onions in 1/2 stick butter. Melt remaining butter, cheese, and half-n-half in double boiler. Cook spaghetti until al dente and drain. Mix all ingredients except crab meat together and season to taste. Gently add crab meat. Pour into a 9x13 Pyrex dish and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes until hot. Excellent if kept in refrigerator overnight. (Freezes well).
