1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 soup can of milk
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms stems and pieces
including juice
1 envelope (1 1/2 oz.) dehydrated onion soup mix
2 chicken breasts or chicken strips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F. Mix mushroom soup with milk, add rice and mushrooms, including juice and onion soup mix. Pour into oblong baking dish. Place chicken on top. Cover and bake for one hour. Uncover and bake for 10-15 minutes, longer.
