1 lb de spaghetti
3 tbsp de aceite de olivo
1 cebolla blanca picada
sal y pimienta
1/2 tbsp de ajos molidos
1/2 lb de espinacas
6 ramas de albahaca
4 oz. de queso cotija (cottege)
10 nueces
1/2 taza de leche evaporada
queso parmesano

Directions:
Directions:
En una sarten echar el aceite, la cebolla y los ajos. Dorar ligeremente. Poner en el vaso de la licuadora la leche, las nueces y licuar. Luego el queso,la espinaca, la albahaca,la mezcla de cebolla y ajos, sal y pimienta.Volver a licuar. Verter la salsa sobre los fideos previamente cocidos. Espolvorear con queso parmesano
