For boiling:
3 - 4 large red potatoes
1 t table salt

For sauteing:
3 T butter
3 T olive oil
3 T granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, peel, cube, and par-boil potatoes in salted water (do not overcook). Drain and cool. Melt butter, olive oil and sugar in large non-stick skillet. Add potatoes and saute until golden and carmelized.
