Acorn Squash (1 sq=2 serv)
Instant (or reg) mashed potatos
MS sausage crumbles (or real bulk sausage)
Butter
Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. wash squash - cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and discard. Poke inside of squash with fork Pre-cook by placing side down in microwave dish with small amount of water. Microwave 10 mins on high.
2. Prepare instant mashed potatoes one serving per squash half. Set aside. Using skillet, warm MS sausage.
3. Assemble squash- in appropriate size container place squash in cavity up. Scoop 1/3 cup sausage into squash. Then one serving mashed potatoes.
I put 1 T butter and 1 T brown sugar into squash before the sausage.
4. Bake at 350 apprx 40-45 min. Potatoes will be tipped with brown.
