1 T margarine or butter, melted
1 T flour (rounded)
1/2 t chopped onion
1 C milk
1 chopped hardboiled egg
dash of pepper
1 jar chipped beef, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Over low heat, stir flour in butter until it disappears. Add onion and milk. Stir until sauce is thickens over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients and serve over toast.
