1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
3/4 C rolled oats
1 C canned milk
3 T chopped onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Form into small balls and place into 350 oven on rimmed cookie sheet for 20 minutes or longer until slightly brown. Cook longer if using with other than meatball sauce*

Serving suggestions:
Meatball sauce* over rice
Spaghetti and meatballs
Cream of mushroom soup over egg noodles

This was one of the first real dinner recipes I learned. It was from my college friend, Lois Thompson. She married Jerry's college friend and teammate, Tim Koon. She is currently loosing a long battle with cancer, so this recipe is being included in her honor.
