1 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 heaping T. cocoa
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together the butter and the shortening. Add sugar and mix well.Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each one. Add vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients, add to the cream mixture alternating with the milk. Bake in a greased and floured 10" tube pan at 350 for 80 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after it comes out of the oven, cooled 15 minutes, and removed from the pan.
