Gilster Mary Lee Fully Prepared Chicken Coating
Cooking Oil (Crisco)

Directions:
Directions:
Double wash chicken in two separate containers.
From second container shake water from chicken.
Sprinkle with garlic pepper and then roll and press into chicken coating.
Heat “never-used” oil to 350 degrees.
Fry dark meat about 20 minutes (until floating).
Fry white meat about 15 minutes (until floating).
