1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell

1 1/4 sticks butter
5 to 6 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a 1 quart glass bowl in microwave (about 60 - 70 seconds). Using a spoon, stir in cocoa and flour; mix well. Add sugar and mix thoroughly by hand (do not use electric mixer). Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly by hand after each egg. Add vanilla and stir well. Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell, and bake from 30-40 minutes or until set.

Best served warm with a large dab of whipped topping. Can be frozen and used later.
