6 Flour Tortillas
Cooking spray
cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling on crisps
1/2 c. apple butter
1/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 tsp. apple juice or apple cider
1 T. chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. With small cookie cutter or knife cut shapes out of the tortilla. Place the shapes (and scraps) on ungreased cookie sheet. Spray both sides of shapes and scraps with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix remaining ingredients except peanuts. Sprinkle dip with peanuts. Serve dip with tortilla crisps.

Tortilla crisps can be replaced by refrigerator pie crust cut and prepared the same way!
