32 oz plain Greek yoghurt.
1/2 tsp Saffron
1 tsp ground Cardamom
6 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1/8 of boiling hot water to the saffron and let it sit for about 15 minutes (this process brings out the saffron color). Pour the yoghurt in a glass bowl add the saffron, cardamom, sugar and mix. You can serve immediately or can store in the referigerator.
