1/2 cup water
13 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup honey
garlic
3/4 tsp ginger
meat cut thinly
2 tsp oil
2 c broccoli
1 onion
1/2 c sliced green pepper
1/2 c sliced red pepper
1 c mushrooms sliced
cashews
1 tsp cornstarch
cooked rice

Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup into sealed container. Add meat. Coat meat. Refrigerate at least 1 hr. Refrigerate remaining marinade separately. Discard marinade from meat. Stir-fry meat in batches in oil for 2-3 min. Add mushrooms for another 1-2 min or until vegetables are tender. Return meat to pan. Combine cornstarch & reserved marinade until smooth. Stir into meat/veg mix. Bring to a boil. Cook & stir until thickened.

Debone!!!
Do not overcook!!!
Wrap roasts in double tin foil with marinade inside for roasting. Marinade could be vinegar, soya sauce, water, garlic powder, mustard, bit of worchestershire sauce, pepper BUT NOT salt.
