8 oz Linguine noodles
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
1 cup sour cream
1 pinch red pepper (optional)
1 small pk of mushrooms cleaned and sliced
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine noodles as directed on package.
Saute onion and celery add mushrooms and shrimp, saute until pink add flour stir in pan a minute or two then add sour cream and red pepper. Serve over noodles.
