4 chicken breasts
4 c water
1/4 c Morton Tender Quick

BBQ Sauce:
1 - 14 oz bottle ketchup
Rinse ketchup bottle with 8 oz of water
3 oz Worcestshire sauce
3 T Liquid Smoke
3 T chile powder
3 T lemon pepper
3 T garlic powder
4 T brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir Tinder Quick in water.
Place chicken breast in brine and refrigerate 1 hour.
Rinse chicken and place on grill with BBQ sauce.

BBQ Sauce:
Combine all ingredients, adding the ketchup last.

Add white vinegar and chili flakes to make it more like NC BBQ.
