1 c. peeled & cooked zucchini
1 can Milnot (13 oz.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients in a blender. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes and 300º for 35 minutes or until it looks done like a custard pie.

I received this recipe from a lady at the Anderson Farmer's Market where we sold vegetables. It has become a family favorite. (Especially Emily Scholer's.)
